PSHF

The Philippine Self-Help Foundation is a non-government organization (NGO), registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Founded in January 1987 in Bacolod city, Negros Occidental, its primary mission is to empower the poor through livelihood loan assistance. 

The PSHF also gives medical and housing grants to individuals and families who have no other recourse, and educational opportunities to poor students.
