From Richard:

I am delighted to hear from you, Mike. Thank you for your kind words. Over the years, I have often wondered what became of you after you left Tokyo. I look forward to our paths crossing again. Best wishes.

Hello.  I have enjoyed the work of the PSHF since I was an international student in Japan.  Richard Foster has been a friend and inspiration to me for years!  Thanks to his efforts, I was able to forward some money I earned from playing saxophone on the street to some hard-working people in Bacalod who started their businesses with PSHF loans.

Peter Ryan, MLF UK told me about you - I'm the Executive Director of MLF USA, so I dropped by to take a look. Am passing your information on to someone in Utah, who knows someone in the Philipines looking for your help.

Hello, I thank you so much for you reply and sentiments for my father. I will start to make arrangements with UB now. The info you provided is really appreciated. My hometown is Guindulman, about 2 hours from Tagbilaran. Thanks again and God Bless.

Hello Angel. We are so sorry to hear about your father. Our Bohol office suggested that you contact the University of Bohol at 038-412-5128, as they have a physical therapy clinic. We lost touch with Catherine's physical therapist and we suspect that he is now in the US.

Thank you for your kind words about us and we hope that your father will recover soonest. By the way, where is your location in Bohol?

Hello, just learned about PSHF. I was looking for a physical therapist in Bohol and the cost per session when I came through Catherine Ranis story. She is very blessed to have meet wonderful and kind people like you and I'm happy for her improvements. I will pray for her full recovery. Can anyone recommend or connect me to Catherine's physical therapist? I'd really appreciate it. My father fell from a coconut tree and broke his leg. He had a stainless steel implanted to replace the broken bone just below his hip. That was 5 months ago. Unfortunately he still cannot walk despite his efforts to exercise. It still pains him to even move to the point that he loses hope to ever walk again. He' s falling into depression and I would not want that to happen. I am currently outside the country so I have no idea where to start looking for a therapist. Thanks in advance for your time and help. Regards, Angel

Hi PSHF,

It's great to know that there are organizations who help out people, especially those who are financially deprived. I also work for a local NGO here in Iloilo, writing success stories and the likes. Like your website though. Concise! Great work admin...

Send my warmest HELLO to Tita Bernie and Tito Joe!!!

Philippine Christmas

Dan Brandsma. We had seen poverty, been offered friendship unconditionally, and been given an opportunity to encourage others. The awkwardness of being different, although it never disappeared, was replaced by a feeling of love and acceptance. God’s gift to me this Christmas was one of relationship, and encouragement. I am thankful that our family was able to share this rich experience together. Read more.
